Absolutely dreadful customer service. Unhelpful and don't know how to talk to people. I stated I had received some different information from the helpline and instead of responding appropriately, the representative instead chose to slag off their own colleagues.

Friendly and accomodating staff, the car was clean and in good condition. Take extra care with the technical side, though, as their site had some intermittent errors while booking, and I was told that my car was petrol but it was actually diesel (I checked before fuelling so nothing bad happened). Accessible location downtown. Pay is in 24-hr increments. With an extra eye on the tech specs, I would recommend it.
