Agreed a delivery time of 4pm, 40 minutes no car and no call from the delivery driver, called the helpline and very sarcastic agent with poor customer service skills ... will not be using this company again ! Takes less than a minute to send a text to advise you're running late and advise an updated delivery time
I rented a car for 43 days from the Birmingham East location (near the airport). When I returned the car, the location had closed down (and moved 7 miles a cross town). After an hour on hold to their help line I was finally advised to drop the car off the next morning (which doesn't help when my flight was now 40 minutes away). After I suggested dropping off at the airport instead, another 10 minutes before I was told I could but would incur a one way drop off fee of 45)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LET DOWN!!I RESERVED A VEHICLE 2WEEKS IN ADVANCE FOR A 9AM PICKUP AS I HAD A EUROTUNNEL BOOKED FOR 3PM ONLY TO RECIEVE A VOICEMAIL THE NIGHT BEFORE AT HALF 6 SAYING THEY HAVE NO VEHICLE AVAILABLE FOR 9AM AND WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL 1PM, WHEN I CALLED THEM UP THE NEXT MORNING THEY SAID NOTHINGS AVAILABLE AND BASICALLY SAID ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM IM GOING TO MISS MY EUROTUNNEL IT WAS EITHER 1PM OR NOTHINGVERY UNPROFESSIONAL SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSE WHERE, WENT TO THRIFTY IN THE END AND HAD A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCEEVEN 1STAR IS TOO GOOD TO GIVE THIS LOT!
I tried to phone the branch at marston green and was connected to bulgaria !!! Ridiculous, i have now secured a booking with another provider.
